Maliniak means: Raspberry.
Maliniak is a fruit dwójniak in which 30% of the water needed for production is replaced by raspberry juice, similarly to Jabłkowy. It is made from the finest blossom honey, and its character is built on long, multi-year maturation, which gives it a rich and velvety profile.
It has an extraordinary concentration of aroma, yet is not excessively fruity.
